    Loans in Nationalised  banks (as per my experience) is comparatively cheaper in terms of interest rates but please note that it is dependant on your talking capability and / or acquaintance with the bank offiial in question. Although the interest rates are lower, not all loans get passed and you do not get upto 90% as is the case with Private banks. The process is also slightly longer but worthwhile...
