I can tell you that the Uncle Tom's Cabin probably doesn't have that much value. If it was a first edition (Published 1852) it might or if it was some type of special edition it might. Otherwise, it's just another copy. Since it's older it will have a small value. This will also apply to the Longfellow works.

You might wish to have your books appraised by an antiquarian book seller.  The value of antique books can vary widely and is dependent upon condition, edition, rarity, etc.
