Long Hair Don't Care!?

Is there really any thing i can do to make my hair grow longer? I just got my hair cut and I'm so compulsive about my hair! But HELP! Is there anything to do to make it grow?

Eating right and not smoking (if you smoke) will help your hair grow faster.

All products out there that tell you, "Hey! Swallow this pill and it'll make your hair grow" or anything related to that is lying. Take care of your hair, leave in conditioners, blow dry only when necessary, use shampoo & conditioner.

Healthy hair grows at a rate of about 1 inch per month. If you don't take care of your hair, it will be less than that.
