Long Term relationship - neck pain Q.?

Weird neck pain question ( bjs :( ) please help?

ok dont get scared but this is a weird Q. Ok I have been dating my boyfriend for a couple of years now and when i did bj's (no longer anymore this way) i would lay on the bed on the right of him with my neck tilted leaning to my left. I have really bad pain now on my upper neck on the right side. I think it has something to do with the technique I was doing. Thats why I stopped. I think because the right side of my neck was trying to support all of my head now its injured somehow. Is this possible? Is it severe? Has anyone ever experienced this? Im going to a dr. soon. Any advice? I also sit at a desk all day with bad posture.. I think it may be due to that as well. Let me know :(

Also, how do I tell my chiropractor this!!! Sooo Embarrassing!

it sounds like you pulled or strained your neck muscles how long has it been hurting you could try heat on the neck maybe a hot shower letting the hot water beat down on that side that is hurt if that doesnt help you may have to go to the dr.dont be embarrased they have heard it all
