My cycles are 37 days long. I think I always had a long cycles but never paid attention until this past year when I stopped birth control. Could this be a problem?

  1. Nope that's totally fine.  You ovulate 14 days before you next period.  So baby dance 12-16 days before your expected period.

  2. No, as long as you have regular cycles you should be fine. My cycles are 30 to 34 days long. That is completely normal.

  3. My cycles are not only long, but extrememly irregular. But, it's normal for me!!

Basically if you want to maximize your chances of conception, learn all the signs your body gives you about ovulation. Temps, Cervical mucous, Maybe even an ovulation predictor kit. Good luck!
