Long distance calls...with cingular?

if i call after 9 (in both places) how much will it cost?

do u have to pay extra to get long distance calls? how do i know if my parents pay extra? how much would it be to call from NC to illinois? if i do *69 before the number will it show where i called?

You can get a phone card at wal-mart.  Calls between states cost five cents a minute plus a small connect fee. *
