Long distance network?

How could i network a laptop from a different location and a computer that is located in another location? they are in different cities but using the internet could i network them together some how?

Who ever tells you you can do it, you cant.

First) wireless doesnt give that STRONG signal to another city

Second) Your ISP(internet service provider) wont allow that.
