Long island train station?

hi im from syosset and i have to take the train this weekend. what exactly do u do? ik u take the syosset station than end up at penn but then do u take a subway? very confused if u want to be specific email me at [e-mail]

It depends where you want to go once you're at Penn Station.  From within Penn (7th Ave, 33rd) you can get on the 1,2,3, or the A,C,E or you can walk East to Herald Square (6th+Bway, btween 33rd&34th) to get the B,D,F,N,Q,R,W.
