Long leather gloves,glamourous and sophisticated?

Question

Ladies,would you consider long leather gloves glamourous and sophisticated for this autumn/winter?

Say for example like this

Whats the general opinion as my Mrs loves hers to bits and they do add a certain sense of style to some of her outfits, but not all

Well, there is definitely a 'look' that must be paired with when attempting to wear something as bold as long leather gloves.

I don't blame her for loving them, they are gorgeous and edgy.

Obviously, they would not be an accessory with a sweat outfit, on a trip to the grocery store.

I think they would look great on a really wintry day off with random trips to breakfast etc..., or shopping outdoors.

It takes a strong woman to wear something like that, let her have fun with them!

Leather gloves are an absolute must for the winter.  I treat myself to a beautiful pair every autumn/winter.  They must be kid leather and lined in silk - the best place to get them is John Lewis.  They are so classy.

I probably would have made a different decision before seeing that picture, I think it looks great!
