Long non-stop flights?

i am travelling by an airplane for the first time in my life and have a 20 hr direct flight to toronto. is there a chance of fallin sick?

No . You will not fall sick. I believe there is no direct flight non stop to TORONTO. Jet Airways has one stop at Brussels for two hours if I am not wrong. You can do some simple exercises sitting in your seat. The in flight TV will guide you on these exercises.

i was , also used to think like you , but when i travelled one's , then i come to known there is nothing to afraid .

at the time of traveling u will feel relax,as sitting in some small room or cabein of you'r office.



if you are healthy enough. then nothing to worry.but take precaution.because precaution is better then cure.

The problem is you might feel uncomfortable. Because there wont be much you would do on a flight than sleeping, watching movies or eating.

Better, try to talk to your nearby passengers, this will make the travel much easier for you.

Only if you let it get to your head. The best advice I can give you is have PLENTY of entertainment, water, and sleep. Always make sure that if a meal is going to come that you go to the toilet BEFORE the rush that occurs after everyone has eaten.

well, i havent been on many long flights i mostly go on a maximum 4-5 hours or even 2; it depends, if your a bad traveller and feeling sick in only a few hours , then this may effect youu. but if your usualy fine. this should be okay. as long as you have a sleep you shouldint get sick

There are more chances of throwing up on a small plane like Boeing 737. Still there are some chances of doing the same thing on a huge plane like 747 or Airbus 380.

Still, only few people suffer from this. As a rule, everyone is all right.
