i have long term illness illnesses , i need to buy medicine often, where can i buy medicine ??

where can i find a list of local clinics or chemists ?

General Hospital make a complete medical check up

Go to the government hospitals. See the doctors and get a prescription.  You sometimes don't need to pay at all  or pay a very nominal sum only as they are heavily subsidised.
