can anyone tell me the average monthly rental for a 2 bedroomed property, for long term let, in the Irish Republic anywhere outside Dublin?

It depends on the city/town, it could be anything between 600 (in a small city) to 1000 (in Cork city centre for example).

Look for apartments on www.daft.ie, www.let.ie.
