Dramamine daily for 4 months, will this hurt me?

I take equates version of dramamine 50mg. I never take more than I'm suppose to at a time and usually only take 2 or 3 a day but have taken up to 5 in a 24 hours period. Will this do damage to my body?

  1. i would recommend only using it when you need to.  i've used it for the intended purpose as well as recreationally, and it definitely has an effect on your mind.  while i haven't noticed any effects on my body, a few days after using it i feel like my mind is cloudy and things are just harder to process.  not to mention, i'm sleepy and unmotivated to do anything.  i've never used it for a prolonged period of time, but i can only guess that it would be terrible for your memory and thought... i would recommend using it only when you need to or rarely for recreational purposes... if you use it for the buzz, just switch to ganja... it has nearly the same effect (but better) and doesn't take as much of a toll on your mental state.

  2. Do you have a foggy mental state? An acquaintance of mine discovered the ability of dramamine to produce hallucinations and took 10 at a time recreationally. Suffice to say, he's not the brightest tool in the shed and is homeless, and tells me he can't really think. Physically, the effects aren't that pronounced, even with prolonged dosage, due to its easy metabolism. But mentally, you may definitely be taking a hit. I'd suggest not taking it for a day or two, and see if you notice any difference in your consciousness.
