  1. Representing the County and you don't know how to do it?

Whatever - get your ankle sprained tonight!

  2. This hint will carry you to victory.

When you are about to jump, just before you lift your feet, let a big loud f**t go and it will give you about another 6 inches on your jump.

Eat a lot of chili and tacos. You will not regret it!

  3. Well you run and you jump from one foot to land to two, do not fall backwards, ehmm your foot must be behind the board, and swing your arms up when you hit the board it gives you height and you go further

Hope i helped and you understand mee

  4. well if you're representing the county that must mean that you're pretty good already. Why do you need any help or advice??

  5. First you need to find out where your steps are down the runway (like polevault) and mark it with tape where your going to start.

You should count every time your left foot touches the ground and make sure it touches about nine times so start at the jumping line an run at about 90% of your speed the oppostie way and when your left foot touches nine times mark where it touches the ninth time with athletic tape etc.

Then I guess the rest is physical like just jumping as hard as you can.
