Longboards for sliding?

i bought a arbor hawaiann koa fish, and i dont know if it right for sliding or not

  1. all you need is around 45-60mm wheels a brand like slik n kick are nice and hard. for maximum speed and drift


  2. when it comes to sliding more comes down to the wheels than the board. wheels are measured by two things, the size(by mm's) and density. the density is measured by the durometer scale. this scale rages from 74A to 95A. 95A being the hardest and vice versa. i'f you want to slide find a harder longboard wheel that will work for you. i have a board with a lot of flex and i like that for sliding. it's all what you prefer though.
