Longer Caribbean cruise or more time in the keys?

I am going on vacation this summer to the Caribbean and the keys. I booked a 5 night Caribbean cruise that goes to the Cayman Islands and Jamaica. Afterwards, I planned on going to the keys for five days. However, I can change the cruise to a 7 night cruise and go to Cozumel, Mexico as well. And it’s only like $250 more for the longer cruise when you factor hotels, food, and car rental for the keys. But, I would be limited to only 2 days in the keys. Should I change the cruise or not? And if you have been to the keys, which are you favorite?

I would do the longer cruise. I have been on a cruise with those ports, and to me Cozumel was the best port.
