Looing for canadian moving service - pack yourself then they ship goods?

Moving from Toronto to Calgary - want to pack own goods, have moving company take from here to Calgary - deliver and we unload

just rent a U-haul, pack it up and hire a friend to drive it to Calgary.  Look in the yelow pages under"moving".  That's the best I can do!
