  2. baby dust

  3. That seems really low, was it cold in your room?  Did you temp a few times to make sure it was right today?

  4. Every ones chart looks different so there is no one way a chart 'should look'.

For best results, make sure you get your BBT (that basically means to take your vaginal temperature with a basal body thermometer).

Also - make sure you take your temperature at roughtly the same time every morning, before you stir and get out of bed!

Pre-ovulation temperatures tend to be low where after ovulation they tend to rise above the coverline.

Pay attention to the little emails that Fertility Friend send to you  - they tend to be rather educational in all things concerning your chart and fertility!

    Have fun! :)

  5. looks good.  you could be experiencing a pre ovulation dip in your temp, that could be why the super low temp today.  it's not really common, but if your lucky enough to get pre O temp dips, it's a GREAT way to know your going to ovulate.  If your using opk's make sure your using them right now because of that dip, it could confirm it for you that you ARE probably going to ovulate tomorrow(ish).  There is no such thing as a "normal" chart, or how one "should" look.  You'll need to go a few months before learning what's "normal" for you.  This is only my third month charting but you can see by my chart overlays that I'm developing a pattern that's unique to my body.  http://www.fertilityfriend.com/home/20c8...

    Happy charting!!

  6. it looks right, kinda hard to have a wrong answer. usually the temp on mine shoots up for ovulation on day 16. once your temp starts to go up, the website will pinpoint when you ovulate after the fact. it took 3 months from me to start knowing my norms.
