VNQ - it does real estate investment trust. it covers all sorts of real estate.

Well, your best bet is SCC--ProShares Ultra Short Consumer Services Index.  It contains all three.  It also contains some other things consumers are likely to cut back on in the coming months--restaurants, rental cars, airlines, clothing stores.  But it also includes some companies that are likely to fare better than most during the recession--Walmart in particular is 10% of its holdings.
