Look for a strong proxy?

Question

So I was on youtube and I saw this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-GG5bvDyAY8 it freaked me out and I realized I was unprotected, I never bothered to get a proxy because I new that wasn't going to help.... But I am wondering does anyone know about a strong proxy that can help me? Also yes this is real I know Buy2k2. And I want the proxy to protect myself from hackers.

Proxies aren't as good as VPNs (virtual private networks). With a VPN not even your ISP knows what you're doing. Relakks.com was a good one but currently has problems. SecurIX is another cheap one.

If you must use Proxies then don't use "Open proxies". They are free but are monitored by the government for something called "forensic research". Pay for an inexpensive proxy or use a web proxy. These just run in the browser and show your websites in a window. Of course this is only useful for websites and all other traffic will not use it.
