say a boy is 11 years old and needs a long nose lighter but his perents will not let him get one but hes alowed to go down town by himself and able to go in the gas station but doesent know if its legeal to bye a long nose lighter with his money without a pernet with him and hes alon is it leagle for me to by it without a perent or wil they ask me for one??? pleassssssssssssssssssssse answer sorry for talking in third person =o

Most places will not sell a lighter to a minor. If it is legal or not depends on what state your in.
