Do you mean smoking as in smoking hot (s**y)? or literally smoking? If you meant literally smoking, I doubt she would be smoking while walking into the water at a public beach. I don't see a cigarette either, the only butt I see is the one behind her =)

I think the way she's got her fingernails kind of makes it look like she's smoking but I don't see any cigeratte. Besides she was at the beach where either wind or water would put it out so smoking is highly unlikely. Anyway if she was she's still one of the greatest tennis players of all time and she's only human, LOL.
