Lookin 4 sit down restaurants off Northeast Extention of Pa. TNPK.?

I'm going to be traveling south on the N.E.E. (476) in the near future. I have no desire for fast food "this" time. What I'm looking for is...let's say a Bob Evans or Denny's, a 24/7 rest. as it will be early in the a.m. If you are a local, you may know a Mom & Pops place, that would be great!

The area I'm specifically looking at is the Allentown exit.If someone reading this has a personal favorite before or after that all replys are welcome.

Are you planning on getting off the turnpike completely, because the allentown service plaza is closed until memorial day.
