Looking For A Job in accounts receivable. payable. data entry...any help??

I do have experience and am currently enrolled with Sheridan working toward my C.G.A.

The thing is....I don't have any Canadian experience.....

    How much?

    Debits and credits are the same, regardless of whether you are in China, Canada or Fiji. Taxes and other regular business transactions may differ, but the principles are the same and you can pick up the details quickly.

    The accounting/bookkeeping field is awesome. If you actually know what you are doing, you will NEVER be unemployed.

    You can't be a lazy airhead, though. The basics are easy. Unfortunately, many people don't ever find someone who is a good teacher, so they get confused, frustrated, and quit trying to learn.

    Open the phone book and go to every CPA firm and bookkeeping firm listed. Take them your resume. Dress and speak well. someone will hire you, if you are good.

    also, DON'T FALL FOR THE "WORK AT HOME" SCAMS that get posted as answers.
