Looking For A Small Office In Melbourne to shoot a media film.?

Hello, i am looking for a small office space, preferably in central melbourne where i could shoot a VCE media film next year, i would be shooting for one day (probably a weekend when it is closed) between april and may in 2008. If anyone knows of any office that would be available at this time i would appreciate them letting me know the details.
