Looking For A Valentine 1 Radar/Laser Detector?

Hello I'm looking for a store in edmonton alberta thats sells Valentine 1 radar/laser detector can't seem to find it anywhere i looked at future shop, Visions, Best buy and Car Audio All here in Edmonton I can't buy one online cause i dont have a credit card i know it would be a lot easier if i did but i dont thats why im trying to find a store in edmonton AB

However, the use of radar detectors is frowned upon in most of Canada. Chances are very good that you will not find a store in Edmonton (or anywhere in Canada for that matter) that sells ANY radar detectors. Police in Canada use 'radar detector detectors' (RDD) to find drivers using radar detectors. You can only buy one directly from Valentine.  There is no other way, except a used one on eBay.  Be careful on eBay (for obvious reasons), but also because it could be an old unit that needs to be updated.  To check this, you can enter in the S/N from the unit on the Valentine website and it will tell you if any updates are needed for it.  In the end, the prices on eBay aren't really that good for this radar detector, so buy it directly.  I'm sure they will let you pay by check or money order if you call them up.  It's a great detector.
