I'm looking for a plan that will last long time that is run for so many minutes walk for so many instead of run for so many miles I would like to be able to just run around instead of having to figure out how far ive run, right now all I want to do is start running maybe in a while I will do the run for so many miles plans but right now I want to just start. I walk everyday so running is going to be my way of speeding that up so I don't have to leave so early for school or so that I can run home and not be dead tired from it. is there a site with plans in time instead od distance and I'm thinking like to last me the rest of the year even in winter with snow up to my knees I really want to do this !
