Looking For a New Puppy??

Question

I am looking to get a new puppy in addition to my other two adorable dogs. I want a very small, friendly easy grooming dog. I can give it tons of exercise and i have plenty of time to spend with it. It has to be good with kids because their is a one year old in the home. I really like Lancashire Heelers but i have no clue on where do adopt or buy one. Does anyone know what kinda dog would be good for me? Thanks so much!
