Question:

Looking at 2 floor selfbuild kit homes.They give quotes by sqm. Do I need to x2 because its 2 floor build?

or the second floor would be included into the build.

  1. Not knowing how they define sq. m. in their quote, a logical assumption should be, a home with a base of 40 x 60 = 2400.

    While a second level is not always the same, given style roof lines, etc., IF it is a BOX, one should assume the total sq. m. to be 4800

    I suspect I'd question the company, certainly
