  1. Its hard to get an opinion because the owners won't park them long enough to talk about it.

  2. A co-worker of mine has the 900 Custom. Riding that bike was the reason I decided to buy my first cruiser last year. I really like that bike, it looks good, rides good and is a great deal. That's about all I can say.

  3. Real good bikes for commuting, short to medium distance trips. I know several people who ride them.

  4. Owned an '06 VN900 Classic. Loved that bike.

After awhile, the seating position got to be very uncomfy, so I tried a different seat (keep in mind, I'm 6'3" and 300lbs). Seat didn't work, so I got another bike which was easier on my back. Another small complaint was the heel-toe shifter. My feet are large enough to where I got hung up often on it.

Power-wise, I had no complaints whatsoever. Even with me on it, I always had plenty of passing power. I think the 900cc engine is the best middleweight mill out there.

I would recommend the bike to anyone. If you plan on any true long trips, get a new seat. Other than that, it'll last you forever in stock form.
