Looking at getting some medium burton EST bindings, will they be large enough for a uk size 10 salomon f22?

the F22 is a pretty slim boot in general and fits fine in my current K2 medium bindings, but the sizing looks different on burton, does anyone have any experience with this?

Check out the Burton website or a retailer selling the bindings, there should be a sizing chart that will tell you the boot size range for that particular binding. Medium usually goes up to an 9 in most cases except on Flow bindings which only go up to 7.5-8.

You generally can fit into medium bindings unless you are in a 11 or larger.
