I'd keep Kazmir if possible, you're lacking in the strikeout department without him. You should see what you can get for Daisuke or Penny instead.

h**l yeah! Prince was the MVP last year. Dunn will provide you with homers if nothing else, though he gets a lot of R due to walking alot.  Your outfield is not impressive as is.  W/ Prince @ 1B, you could put Swisher in OF, put Dunn in OF, and bench Guillen.

You've got SP's to spare.  Though I would scour the waiver wire to find a replacement for Arroyo.
