Looking for 20 gauge eyebrow barbells?

I currently wear a short curved 18 gauge barbell in my eyebrow piercing that i've had for about 6 years. I would like to find somewhere that sells eyebrow rings that are very small and look more like the monroe piercing jewelry with just the small rhinestone speck that is flush against the skin. If anyone knows where to purchase something like this let me know.

Smallest I've seen is 16g...

If you find an internally threaded one, you can smaller gems and balls to stick on the end? The gauge doesn't make much difference on the outside. And at that size, it could end up cheesewiring out...

Though I don't think I've ever seen any smaller ends than about 2mm?
