The place was mentioned to me, and these are all the details i have:

Asian (that's various styles) restaurant/take-away

Located: High st, Thronbury Victoria

But I'm unable to find them even mentioned anywhere online

Does anyone have a website/address/telephone number?

Chances are, True Aisa is a small, family owned and operated take out place. I seriously doubt that it serves quality food (at least not good enough to make you run around searching for it!). I suggest you go and get a tourist booklet that lists the local restaurants and pick one from there. Those are more well-known and better. There are chinese take out places everywhere...I'm sure you won't starve.
