Returning for R&R after 4 months. Need truely nice place to take my girlfriend.

www.thefort.com  in Morrison.  Truly impressive.

I'm not sure of their exact ratings but here are some of the best around:

The Fort, Morrison (as above)

Flagstaff House, Boulder

Restaurant Kevin Taylor, Denver

The Briarwood Inn, Golden

Steakhouse 10, Englewood (ask to be seated with George)
