Looking for Bill Todd dragboat racing video?

I am looking for a video clip of Bill Todd (Billy the Kid) in his last and fatal drag boat race in 1986. Does anyone know where I might be able to view this video clip? Preferably at a free site? I am pretty sure the race and accident occurred on Lake Havasu in 1986. Please Help me find this!!?? Thank You

Hi ,  I used to be at Lake Havasu, Twice  a year  for races ,but I was not there in 1986, Redding Video Company will most likely have this footage on file, they do most drag boat stuff well there always did ours and they been around a very long time Called Redding Racing Video, good luck, If not let me know I have other sources,
