Looking for CHEAP land in Illinois?

Question

I see that in Texas, Alaska and a few other states you can get land for like under $100 an acre. I'd like to buy some land in Illinois, don't care where or what possible uses could be just looking for the cheapst land I can find in Illinois. Areas or preferably links would be great. Thanks.
