Looking for Dr. Ann Marie Campbell

I am looking for my ob/gyn Dr. Ann Marie Campbell, who had offices in Millburn and Parsippany New Jersey. Has she moved her offices to another location? She is also affiliated with NBIMC, and Overlook hospitals.

She was my ob/gyn too & delivered my only child sorry to tell you, i found out she passed away may, 2010, some found out just reading the obituaries, i found out through my current ob/gyn...she was the best ever....with such a great big heart...may she rest in peace....she was loved!
