I know it appears to be too many numbers, but it's 1-888-Experian.  Make sure that no one you know of lives in Houston and has added you as an authorized user on an account (this will show on your credit report as an address you once lived at if this is the case), and if not ask to be added to Experian's Initial Identity Theft list.  Under the FACT ACT, they must contact the other two credit reporting agencies to have your name listed in the same manner.  As a side note, you won't be on any mailers for at least 90 days and it may be a bit more inconvenient to get credit as issuers must contact you before opening any new lines of credit, but it is well worth the trouble.
