Looking for Grade 8 RCM Piano Exam technical requirements..?

I am preparing for the Grade 8 Royal Conservatory of Music Piano exam, currently without a teacher. I would like to know what scales and other technicals I should be practicing/learning. I did Grade 8 a long time ago and totally forget what the requirements are.

I have the current books, and have chosen my List A, B, C, D pieces and have yet to choose my two studies, but beyond that I don't know what to practice in terms of scales, arpeggios, etc. I will be getting a teacher toward the fall session, in preparation (hopefully) for the winter exam in January. : )
