Looking for High Heel's brand in ad?

High Heel Lovers: There is a stunning high heel (yellow) on a SKYY Vodka ad in the september issue of Blender Magazine. Does anyone know the brand?

I saw an ad in People" but it did not match the shoes in Chelsea's answer.  I really like the sandal in People and am trying to find it.

I tried looking around online and this was the only ad with heels even remotely yellow, is this the ad?
