Looking for Infomercial About Homes?

Hopefully someone could help me? I'm sure many of you, have seen the infomercial in which a man and a woman are speaking of basically dirt cheap homes. Foreclosures or such in which the house is basically available for under 10 thousand dollars. Can someone provide me with the internet site, or equivalent? This has been driving me crazy! Thank you for you time!

What they advertise does not exist.  That's what makes it so appealing. THe foreclosures for under $10,000 are in Detroit, Michigan .   They really exist.  You can view them online at realtor.com or any of the articles in the paper about Detroit real estate.

If you live in New York City, a studio apartment of 300 sq ft will still cost you $600,000.   No $10,000 houses there or in Los Angeles. /

What you are looking for is John Becks course on tax foreclosures.

This is not the best way to invest in real estate, their are many things they dont tell you like the fact that you cant sell the property because it has a cloud on title and you will have to hire a lawyer to file suit in court to clear it.

Go here www.reiclub.com and do some reading - there are better ways to do this.
