Looking for Love Wine in a blue & pink bottle with a pink cork

Looking for the winery/company that makes a white wine called Love Wine in a blue & pink bottle with a pink cork. A friend got the wine for me at a liquor store in NY near the wineries. It was some of the best wine i've ever had. I saved the bottle, so I could look up the winery that makes it, but when I returned home from work the next day my boyfriend had thrown it out. Help!
