what part in the south we have a website not too sure of the name i think it lostfriendsdublin.ie i will look it up and edit my answer so if you check back hopefully i would have found it i know you said he is your brother but ive been looking up and saw one site (SCHOOLFRIENDS.IE) or friendsunited.ie sorry cant be more of a help
