The only requirement to be considered a reputable P.I. is whether or not they are objective and use sound investigative methods. A good P.I. would be happy to look at the picture, but he/she would disregard any irrelevant information like the fact the picture was taken in a place "supposedly haunted".

I will take a look at them. Email them to me here. As far as the others, I would recommend you send them to nuff said. He has demonstrated an objective and level-headed perspective in his previous answers.
