Looking for TV Top Shelf to buy in Vancouver, Lower Mainland Area, BC Canada?

I've seen this item on Amazon, As Seen TV and a few other websites, but don't know where to begin to look for a store that might have a couple in my general area? I tried ordering online, but my location is too rural, they won't ship it. Any one know of any As Seen on TV stores in Vancouver?

Try Lougheed Mall in Burnaby.  They have one of those mall cart businesses called "as seen on tv"
