  1. Yup.Moneterrey Mexico is said that they are doing it their with success! But not at 4000,its more around 6000 DLLS!


  2. Simple, just do a web search for cosmetic surgeons in Monterrey and Guadalajara, plenty of medical tourists there.

    i have included a link to one of the major providers in Monterrey .
