  1. It's BREED.

Papers don't matter if you are keeping it as a pet.

6 weeks is way too young, 8 is the minimum for yourself and the pup to be better off.

    Check out shelters :)

  2. It's not the best idea to buy a puppy at 6 weeks old. I recommend waiting until at least 8 weeks. Many puppies take 10-12 weeks to be ready to leave their mother, though. We got our puppy at 11 weeks and she still wasn't quite ready yet.

  3. I adopted a pittie at 6 weeks old, but it is extremely rare to get one that young-- from a shelter or a responsible breeder that is. The only reason they gave her to me when they did is because I have experience with the breed. They told others she was too young.

Look at the AKC site under breeder referral.

  4. Do your research.

If you think it's okay for puppies to be taken away at six weeks of age, you're not ready for a dog.

Also, why do you want the "papers?" These are not necessary unless you plan to show or breed the dog.

  5. Our family has a pit bull thru "default". An older sibling needed a place for it. We were very much against the breed. Once we got him, we learned to love him. He is so sweet and loving to humans. With other dogs-he is not. Fortunately, by the time we got him-he had had some basic training. Any and every dog needs some basic "manners". You can find a rescue organization in every state for various breeds. Just look it up on the computer. Also-please, please check local shelters. I hope you have a yard and plenty of time each day for your new pet. Good luck!

  6. No legit breeder will sell you a SHOW prospect at 6 weeks of age. Secondly without a breeding mentor who has spent years devoted to the APBT in the UKC ring circuit you won't get jack squat worth breeding.

Secondly the fact you have sold pups at 6 weeks show you are in no way shape or form a good breeder and should be breeding. Breeders like you are the reason we have so many out of standard pits walking around with bad temperaments and health issues.

Do it right or don't do it AT ALL.

    and its the most loyal.

  7. pitbulls are not registered with any REPUTABLE registry in the USA. Dogs should not be sent away at 6 weeks!

    Get a life!

  8. Just a little FYI, it is both illegal and unhealthy to separate a pup from the dam before 8 weeks of age.

Edit:  Well in that case you're just plain ignorant and irresponsible, and I wouldn't help you find a pet flea.
