Looking for a Band?

Im 15, turning 16 soon (male) and I am looking to be in a band, or start one. I live in Dubuque,Iowa and I would like to be singer, or writer (or both) I have expierence in writing songs, it is my talent and have many lyrics already. So please reply

I already have those for the band i am apart of (well, we're getting there). But my suggestion to get more replys is to put what type of band u want to play in, and put this question on multiple sites (forums and myspace, stuff like that).

There are people here from all over the world.   You might have better luck finding musicians in your area by putting an ad on Craigslist.org, or putting up a notice on the bulletin boards at your local music stores.
