Looking for a Comfortable Motorcycle with the Sport Bike Looks.?

I need a motorcycle that I can travel on for a couple hours that of course gets good gas milage. Also, I want a bike that is comfortable on the highway and fast and sporty on the back roads. I would like to get a little background information on the Kawasaki ZZR600. Haven't rode on it yet but the little info i have found says that it is a comfortable bike? Any other bike suggestions would be helpful. Thanks.

  2. You are looking for a sports tourer. Or just one of the leftover supersports than have mellowed out-like the CBR600F4i, ZZR600, R6S, etc.

    I am also looking at the ZZR600, know that it's carbuerated though, compared to the F4i's fuel injection. Look at the new Suzuki GSX650F also. It doesn't look as good as the ZZR though. If you like the more naked look, look at the SV650 or Triumph Speed triple.

  4. most ppl have already said it but a sv650s is great. cheap 2 run, good commuter bike n with sporty looks itl annoy the neighbours.

    0 to 60 in less than 4 seconds n on to an indicated speed of 139 mph. shel give u silly grin that u'l b wearing for weeks!

  5. The ZZR 600 you've already suggested is not a bad choice and you could also consider the Suzuki GSF 600 or newer 650 Bandit....the faired version of course, not the naked.

    Both are sporty but not out and out sport bikes and won't break the bank in any way.

    hayabusa, zx-14, honda blackbird, or bmw k1200s

  9. Sport and confort dont go together.

    Over a long haul, cruisers are your better bit.

    A 650 will out MPG a 800.

    @60-63mph 100 miles a day my United Motors 650 cruiser is getting high 50's mpg.

    Your not gonna get that from bike, just tickets
